EECE 5550 - Mobile Robotics TA

Course, Northeastern University, Dept. of Electrical & Computer Engineering, 2019

I was the TA for EECE 5550 - Mobile Robotics Spring of 2019, which was taught by Prof. Taskin Padir.

I helped students with their projects that mostly ran on Turtlebots and Husarion ROSBots. We used ROS and AWS RoboMaker for development, simulation, and deployment. Projects included person following robots, swarm mapping, and mobile manipulators.

Course Summary

Investigates the science and engineering of mobile robots. Topics may include kinematics, dynamics, numerical methods, state estimation, control, perception, localization and mapping, and motion planning for mobile robots. Emphasizes practical robot applications ranging from disaster response to healthcare to space exploration.
